Tried this place by accident. Seriously impressed! The food is so good I have a hard time believing it is healthy. This is my new favorite place! Can't believe I'm saying this, but, Fresh Kitchen has nothing on you!
Good choice of ingredients, protein and veggies. The almond chicken is heavenly. And everything is GF.
The best place for healthy and delicious food! The staff is always very friendly and the food is always on point. The warm bowls are my favorite, they are packed with nutrients and you can feel the health inside of them. See you guys again soon!
Food is super fresh, flavorful, healthy and delicious. Made to order so definitely more fresh and better ingredients than other healthy options on South Howard. Skinny bowl with shrimp is my jam. I wake up craving it. Heavy on garlic in the dished which i love!!!! Lots of iced tea flavor options, fresh brewed. Love this place

We had SoFresh cater an event and the food and presentation were fabulous. It arrived on time, with service with a smile. All of the staff were raving about how fresh and delicious it was! SoFresh indeed!!!!
I buy the signature salad for my sister & she absolutely loves it. I Like know that I can order her salad through the SoFresh app & add the extra avocado & bacon that she likes. The app is so easy & the salad is always ready when I get to the restraunt to pick it up for her. Very happy with it all.
There's an abundance of healthy options to try at SoFresh, and I appreciate knowing I could just make my own bowl in the future. This time, I got the poke bowl, and it was actually really good! The portions were on point, and I'll never turn down seaweed salad. Even though this spot isn't open super late, a 10PM closing time was a pleasant surprise for a fast casual spot that makes your food to order. The staff were super nice and prepared our takeout order really quickly. I also noticed there's a self-checkout option, which is nice! While the parking isn't plentiful, it's free! I'd definitively come here again.
Scrumptious, yummy and healthy. It was fresh and served with a smile. They had the doors open, so it was a little hot in there, so I took it out. However, the food was fantastic because the freshness and flavor. That salad was exactly what my body needed to recharge. It's not often you get steak on a salad where the steak could been eating all by itself. I was very surprised that it was of such high-quality. The steak is thick and juicy and delicious.
First time visitor last week, I tried the superfood warm bowl because I was told it was one of most popular items, and added the tuna. It was large and very filling, everything tasted fresh, but I didn't love the tuna and although I liked everything else in the bowl, I wasn't crazy about them mixed together. I do like the menu options so I will definitely be back to try a few other things. My friend had the veggie wrap and absolutely loved it. The place is very small but the service is fast and friendly and the (single) bathroom is clean.
